Jain & Affiliates is a leading chartered accountancy firm based in Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu renowned for its unparalleled expertise in indirect taxation. The journey of providing professional services with a specialization in Indirect Taxation was started in the year 2021 founded by the CA Vishal Jain and CA Praveen Jain. The CA Network Firm was formed by partners of Jain & Mohan, Chartered Accountants and RaguPrashanth & Associates, Chartered Accountants.
We are dedicated to delivering insightful, timely, and high-quality services that consistently exceed expectations, driven by a team of dynamic and passionate professionals including qualified and semi qualified. We are a team of 30+ members handling indirect taxes committed to provide client focused services headed by our partners CA Vishal Jain, CA Praveen Jain and CA Srinivasan and under the efficient management of CA Gayathri. The total team size including that of Networking Firms is 50+ members.
Our partners have been contributing continuous in handling seminars and workshop to make the GST laws easier and more transparent to various trade bodies, associations and professionals. Our team is also actively participating in contribution of various articles and providing updates to clients and professional bodies.

CA VISHAL JAIN
CA Vishal Jain is Qualified Chartered Accountant (2011) & Qualified Company Secretary (2012). He completed Certificate Course on Indirect Taxation in 2014. CA Vishal Jain was co-opted Member of Indirect Committee of SIRC for FY 2017-18. He was in Board of Studies Member of SNS College. He was selected Training Faculty for GST for ICAI. CA Vishal Jain is teaching Indirect Taxes since 2012 immediately after qualifying as Chartered Accountant Teaching Indirect Tax Laws for CA – Final and CA – IPCC at different cities at Tamil Nadu, Karnataka, Kerala, Rajasthan and Telengana before becoming full time founding faculty at Vidhya Peeth Academy, Coimbatore. He has nurtured thousands of students under him making them love or at least like the subject Indirect Taxes. CA Vishal Jain has co-authored of a book on Indirect Taxation for CA – Inter with CA Madhukar Hiregange (Former Chairman of Indirect Tax Committee of ICAI). He has also co-authored books on Indirect Taxes along with CA Praveen K Jain for CA / CMA Inter and Final Students.
CA PRAVEEN JAIN
CA Praveen Kumar completed his CA in April 2011 and in practice in a partnership firm since then. He is heading Indirect Tax – Litigation Wing of the firm. His core competence lies in drafting of notices and representing clients before Adjudication authorities, GST Tribunals, Commissioner (Appeals), and other quasi-judicial bodies. He has Completed ICAI Certificate Course on Indirect Taxes in February 2014. He is selected as a Trainer for GST by ICAI & a Faculty for Certificate Course on GST organised by ICAI. Addressed more than 100 seminars on GST at ICAI & Trade Associations. CA Praveen Kumar is teaching Indirect Taxes for CA students since 2016. He has taken classes in different cities including Ahemdabad, Bangalore, Guntur, Chennai, Coimbatore, Ernakulum, before becoming full time founding faculty at Vidhya Peeth Academy, Coimbatore. Thousands of students have learned under him. He has co-authored a book on “GST & Customs” along with CA Vishal A Jain for CA, CS & CWA for Inter & Final.
CA SRINIVASAN n
CA Srinivasan N qualified as a Chartered Accountant in 2018 and has been a partner at Jain and Affiliates, Chartered Accountants, since 2019. He leads the Indirect Taxation – Compliance and Review Wing, bringing extensive hands-on experience with GST. His deep understanding of the subject allows him to provide practical solutions to a wide range of challenges encountered during assignments. CA Srinivasan N is highly proficient in GST Annual Returns, GST Refunds, GST Compliance, and GST Reviews. Additionally, he actively contributes to professional development by conducting seminars for Chartered Accountant members at ICAI branches.
CA GAYATHIRI NAGARAJAN
CA Gayathiri Nagarajan is a dedicated Chartered Accountant from Tiruppur, Tamil Nadu, with a specialization in Indirect Taxation. With a robust background in accounting standards and a Diploma in IFRS, she brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to her practice. Her commitment to her field is evident in her detailed understanding of the complexities of indirect taxation, a critical area in finance and commerce. Her journey started at Hiregange & Associates, Chartered Accountants where she gained wide knowledge and experience for about 2 years. Now, she is part of core decision making process at Jain & Affiliates, Chartered Accountants managing the Litigation Team.
